Wandering Wednesday: Dumaguete

Probably the cheapest travel I've done.
1. Cebu Pacific's Piso Fare
2. All food and other arrangements care of generous new acquaintances
3. Zero activity because of the bad weather

We still enjoyed the vacation. The relaxation that we all needed.
